You don't even have to buy expensive ones. If they save your ass once (I drive/hoon >35,000mi/year in the Boston area, They've saved me countless times) it saves you in the long run with insurance.

Agreed, I got mine fitted recently. The Fiesta is probably fitted with winter tires though, given the steel wheels.

I dig that about my ST. There is a little dimple on the fuel door so you can find it... sort of wish they would have left the dimple off.

fantastic. I got really good snow tires too, which help. Need to be a little careful in first/second gear for wheel spin, but it brakes and turns like a champ. Plus in an empty parking lot you can pretend to be Ken Block.

I'm not sure I believe it handles a lot better. It may be nimbler but I don't think they handle better.

The only reason I say that is because my friend, who races spec Miatas, was considering the Focus ST, but I let him take mine for a spin and he told me it was a much better handling car. He then proceeded to order one.
